| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou centralizace řízení dopravy ve vybrané společnosti. V první kapitole jsou obsažena teoretická východiska zahrnující aktuální trendy v logistice a mezinárodním managementu. Následující kapitola popisuje současný stav dopravy ve vybraném českém závodě společnosti. Diplomová práce se dále zabývá plánovanou centralizací prostřednictvím tzv. Transport Management Centra. Cílem této diplomové práce je poskytnout srozumitelný výklad týkající se řízení dopravy v českém závodě společnosti. Zároveň tato práce usiluje o komplexní zhodnocení možných pozitivních a negativních dopadů centralizace ve společnosti a ve zkoumaném českém závodě. Závěrem jsou navržena doporučení autorky pro aplikaci centralizace. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on centralization of transport management in a selected company. The first chapter contains the theoretical background, including the current trends in logistics and international management. The following chapter describes the current state of transport in the chosen Czech plant of the company. Furthermore, this thesis clarifies the planned centralization through the so-called Transport Management Center. The aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensible explanation of the transport management in the selected Czech plant. Furthermore, this thesis evaluates the possible impacts of the planned centralization of transport management in the selected company and the examined Czech plant. In conclusion, the author's recommendations for the centralization application are proposed. |
