| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá simulací infolinky. Jejím cílem je analýza stávající situace infolinky a vytvoření základního simulačního modelu. Práce se bude také věnovat několika experimentům se stávajícím modelem, které budou následně vyhodnoceny z hlediska dopadů na infolinku. K vytvoření simulačního modelu bude použit program SIMUL8. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, přičemž první tři kapitoly jsou řazeny do teoretické části a poslední čtvrtá do části praktické. První kapitola má za cíl seznámit čtenáře s teoretickými základy simulačních modelů. Ve druhé kapitole se čtenář seznámí s teoretickými základy modelů hromadné obsluhy. Třetí kapitola se věnuje základnímu popisu softwaru použitého k tvorbě simulačního modelu, SIMUL8. Poslední čtvrtá kapitola se pak zabývá tvorbou simulačního modelu dle jednotlivých fází simulačního projektu. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the simulation of the infoline. The aim of the diploma thesis is analysis of the current situation and creation of basic simulation model. This thesis also deals with several experiments with the model, which will then be evaluated in terms of impact on the infoline. The SIMUL8 program will be used to create the simulation model. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part, the first three chapters belong to the theoretical part and the fourth chapter belongs to practical part. The first chapter aims to introduce the reader to the theoretical foundations of simulation models. In the second chapter the reader is introduced to the theoretical foundations of queueing theory models. Third chapter deals with basic description of the software used to create a simulation model, SIMUL8. The last fourth chapter deals with the creation of the simulation model according to the phases of the simulation project. |
