| Abstract: | Tato práce se soustředí na přístup České republiky k migračním kvótám, konkrétně na přístup Vlády premiéra Bohuslava Sobotky v časovém vymezení 2015-2017. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem se Česká republika ve vztahu k migračím kvótám chovala a zda se Česká republika chovala v souvislosti s migračními kvótami k ostatním členským státům EU solidárně. Právě teorie solidarity je stěžejní pro celou práci. Ke zodpovězení výzkumných otázek jsem použila Historickou diskurzivní analýzu, kdy jsem v textu zkoumala, jak se daný řečník vyjadřuje. Zároveň jsem bodově hodnotila různé úrovně užití solidarity v průběhu určených let zástupci vlády. V práci bylo zjištěno, že Česká republika se k migračním kvótám stavěla čistě odmítavě. Zároveň bylo zjištěno, že ve vztahu k migračním kvótám a členským zemím EU se ČR solidárně nechovala. |

| Abstract: | This thesis aims at the Czech approach to the migration quotas, concretely at the approach Bohuslav Sobotka’s cabinet of the government through years 2015-2017. The objective is to discover, in which way was the Czech Republic approaching the migration quotas and if was the Czech Republic behaving jointly and severally to other member states of the EU within the migration quotas. The theory of solidarity is the key concept of this thesis. To answer the research questions, the historical discourse analysis was exercised. Thanks to this method, I could examine how was a certain speaker expressing. Meanwhile, it was being pointwise evaluated how was the government working with the concept of solidarity through the years. It was discovered in the thesis, that the Czech republic’s approach to the migration quotas was purely negative. Also it was found out that within the relations to the migration quota and to other member states of the European Union, the Czech Republic was behaving rather without any solidarity. |
