| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je zanalyzovat aktuální situaci v korporátním bankovnictví v EU skrze interakci banky s klientem. První část zkoumá výzvy, kterým banky v Evropské unii v současné době čelí, jako jsou záporné úrokové sazby a jejich vliv na profitabilitu bank. V praktické části jde o namodelování průběhu typického akvizičního procesu včetně následného schvalovacího procesu. Dále je v této práci představena banka Commerzbank a zhodnocena její angažovanost v oblastech regulace a digitalizace, neboť oba tyto trendy podstatně mění náplň práce bankovního poradce ve vztahu ke klientům. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this master’s thesis is to analyse the current corporate banking development in the EU through the interaction between bank and its clients. The first part inquires into the challenges banks in the EU are facing these days, such as negative interest rates and their impact on banks' profitability. The practical part constitutes of a simulation of a typical acquisition process, including subsequent approval process. In addition, the thesis introduces Commerzbank and analyses its engagement in digitalisation and regulation, since both these trends substantially affect the way Relationship Manager works with his clients. |
