| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá systémem hodnocení zaměstnanců ve farmaceutické firmě. Cílem práce je zhodnocení stávajícího systému a tvorba opatření, která by mohla systém zlepšit. Pro tyto účely bylo provedeno šetření ve zkoumaném podniku. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky tohoto šetření a navrhnutá opatření. Závěr je shrnutím dosažených výsledků a dílčích kroků, které vedly k naplnění cíle práce. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the system of evaluation of employees in the pharmaceutical company. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current system and to create measures that could improve the system. For this purpose, an investigation was carried out at the company under investigation. The practical part contains the results of this investigation and proposed measures. The conclusion is a summary of the results achieved and the sub-steps that led to the achievement of the goal. |
