| Abstract: | Tématem této diplomové práce jsou kariérní stránky firem a užívání sociálních sítí ve smyslu personálního marketingu. Práce se zaměřuje na firmy bankovního sektoru, konkrétně na banky Česká spořitelna, Raiffeisenbank a Air Bank. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, jaké formy a nástroje personálního marketingu by s ohledem na preference příslušníků generace Y a generace Z měly firmy uplatňovat. Výsledkem diplomové práce by měl být souhrn doporučení, týkající se kariérních stránek a sociálních sítích firem. |

| Abstract: | This Master’s thesis focuses on a company’s career sites and social media accounts. It describes three companies operating in banking in the Czech Republic, more specifically Česká spořitelna, Raiffeisenbank, and Air Bank. The aim of this thesis is to find out what methods of HR marketing should a company use in regard to the needs of a generation Y and generation Z. The outcome of the thesis is a summary of recommendations for companies regarding career sites and social media. |
