| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh a implementace informačního systému pro podporu organizace pěveckého sboru. Potřeba informačního systému vyplývá z komplexnosti organizace, která zahrnuje komunikaci s desítkami zpěváků, zjišťování a sdělování informací, šíření notových a dalších podkladů nebo plánování událostí.Cílem práce je navrhnout a implementovat základ informačního systému pro pěvecké sbory, který bude pilotně nasazen a testován v rámci jednoho sboru s plánovaným dalším rozšířením funkčnosti a nasazením ve více sborech.V teoretické částí práce je čtenář nejprve seznámen s problémem a jeho existujícími řešeními, systémem hodnocení představených řešení a následně s vlastním hodnocením těchto řešení. Praktická část se zabývá návrhem, vývojem, pilotním nasazením a plánem rozvoje informačního systému ve formě webové aplikace.Hlavním přínosem práce je zprovoznění informačního systému, který usnadňuje komunikaci a organizaci pěveckého sboru všem členům i pracovníkům pěveckého sboru. Systém bude navíc okamžitě prakticky využit ve sboru, který je do projektu zapojen.Předmětný systém na českém trhu dosud nemá obdoby. Z předběžného průzkumu vyplývá poměrně velký zájem o informační systém pro organizaci pěveckého sboru. Systém by se proto mohl dočkat využití na českém trhu (podle dostupných dat je v České republice více než 1000 neprofesionálních pěveckých sborů (Popelka, 2008)), ale i v dalších (zejména evropských) zemích. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the design and implementation of an information system to cover the organizational needs of a choir. The need for an information system results from the complexity of choirs’ organization which includes communicating with a great number of singers, acquiring and sharing information, distributing sheet music and planning events.The goal of the thesis is to design and implement the basis of an information system which then will be piloted and tested in a closed environment of a single choir. The system will then be further developed and employed by more choirs.The theoretical part consists of the description of the problem and the existing systems that solve the problem. These systems are then rated using a presented rating system. The practical part deals with the design, implementation, pilot deployment and a plan for the future development of the system as a web application.The main benefit of the thesis is employing the information system which simplifies communication and organization in a participating choir both for its singers and the administrative workers.The proposed system does not have any competition at the Czech market. Preliminary survey shows a relatively strong interest in a choir management system. Thus it could soon be used not only by many Czech choirs (according to available data there are about 1 000 amateur choirs in the Czech Republic (Popelka, 2008)), but also by choirs in other (especially European) countries. |
