| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá on-line komunikační strategií společnosti HPS-DMC, s.r.o. Hlavním cílem mé diplomové práce je navrhnout novou účinnější komunikační strategii firmy na základě teoretických poznatků, analýzy současné komunikační strategie, vlastního výzkumu v podobě hloubkových interview se zaměstnanci a SWOT analýzy společnosti. Navržené kroky jsou zaměřeny na internetové prostředí, jelikož on-line svět představuje velmi efektivní a relativně cenově dostupný komunikační kanál. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is focused on an online communication strategy of HPS-DMC, s.r.o. The main aim of my diploma thesis is to propose a new, more effective communication strategy for the company based on theoretical knowledge, own research in the form of interviews with employees and SWOT analysis. The proposed steps are focused on the Internet environment, as the online world represents a very efficient and relatively affordable communication channel. |
