| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce bylo zpracování podnikatelského plánu na založení cestovní kanceláře, zaměřující se na aktivní seniorskou klientelu, cestující s vnoučaty. Dílčím cílem bylo stanovení finančních položek a sestavení finančního plánu , který by přiblížil hospodaření cestovní kanceláře v prvních třech letech podnikání. Dalším dílčím cílem bylo vytvoření vzorových produktů s programem a kalkulací prodejních cen. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to create a business plan of a touroperator, focusing on an active senior clients, travelling with grandchildrens. The thesis also determines main financial items and draws up a financial plan for the first three years of the business. An important part of the thesis, is also creating of sample products with schedules and calculation of resale prices. |
