| Abstract: | Diplomová práce si klade za cíl představit a analyzovat praktiky a metody lean managementu v mezinárodním výrobním podniku, vhodnost jejich použití a možná zlepšení. Jedná se o metody celosvětově používané k dosažení tzv. štíhlého řízení podniku tkvící ve zvýšené pružnosti, agility a také snížení nákladů. Vybrané metody budou blíže specifikovány a rozebrány v teoretické části, poté blíže představeny a aplikovány v praxi. Výstupem práce bude bližší rozebrání těchto metod v praxi se zhodnocením vhodnosti použití a doporučením možného zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis aims at introducing and analyzing Lean management practices and methods in an international production company, their suitability for use and possible improvements. These are the methods used globally to achieve so-called slim business management. These companies can easily respond to changes and reduce costs. Selected methods will be further specified and discussed in the theoretical part, then introduced and applied in practical part. The output of the diploma thesis will be a project using Lean methods. |
