Abstract:
Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnocení efektivnosti kampaně "Bridge to Prague". Tato kampaň byla zvolena jako hlavní komunikační nástroj pro 56. ročník kongresu ICCA 2017. K lepšímu pochopení hlavního cíle, je práce rozdělena do několika kapitol. První dvě kapitoly jsou teoretické z nichž první je věnována problematice kongresového cestovního ruchu a druhá vysvětluje oblast marketingu. Třetí část se zaměstnává mezinárodními asociacemi a jejich důležitostí pro internacionalizaci a globalizaci v oblasti KCR. Poslední kapitola interpretuje 56. ročník kongresu a jaký byl pro kampaň aplikován konkrétní marketingový mix. Posléze se práce zaměří na vyhodnocení kampaně a kongresu jako takovéhu. Jelikož byl kongres pořádán v hlavním městě Praha, tak úplný závěr práce je věnován budoucím přínosům této kongresové destinace.

Abstract:
The main aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of the "Bridge to Prague" campaign. This campaign was chosen as the main communication tool for the 56th ICCA 2017 Congress. For a better understanding of the main goal, the thesis is divided into several chapters. The first two chapters are theoretical, the first is devoted to the issue of congress tourism and the second explains the field of marketing. The third part explains international associations and their importance for internationalization and globalization in the field of congress tourism. The last chapter interprets the 56th annual conference and how the campaign was applied to a specific marketing mix. It will then focus on the evaluation of the campaign and the congress as such. Since the congress was organized in the capital city of Prague, the full conclusion of the work is devoted to the future benefits of this congress destination.
