| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá mimosmluvními instituty užití autorského díla. Cílem této práce je zjistit, v jakých případech je možné užít autorské dílo bez souhlasu jeho autora se zaměřením na zpravodajství. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - část teoretickou a část praktickou. V úvodu je čtenář vnesen do problematiky tématu, je stanoven cíl práce spolu s výzkumnými otázkami a použitými metodami, je uveden přínos práce a popsána logická stavba práce. V teoretické části jsou nabrány teoretické poznatky, které jsou následně aplikovány ve zpravodajské praxi v praktické části. Součástí praktické části jsou i rozhovory s renomovanými českými novináři a jejich následný rozbor. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with non-contractual institutes of the use of the author's work. The aim of this work is to find out in which cases it is possible to use the author's work without the consent of the author with a focus on news. The thesis is divided into two parts - the theoretical part and the practical part. In the introduction, the reader is introduced into the topic, the goal of the thesis is determined together with the research questions and the used methods, the work contribution and the logical structure of the work. In the theoretical part, necessary background knowledge is acquired, which is subsequently applied in the journalistic practice in the practical part. In the practical part are included interviews with prestigious Czech journalists and their subsequent analysis. |
