| Abstract: | Tématem této diplomové práce je bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví při práci (BOZP). Práce se skládá ze šesti kapitol a je rozdělena na dvě části, analytickou a praktickou. Analytická část zahrnuje vymezení pojmu, historii, práva a povinnosti dotčených osob, management rizik při práci, kontrolu dodržování BOZP a požadavky na BOZP ve stavebnictví. Praktická část se zabývá BOZP v konkrétní stavební společnosti, analýza je doplněna dotazníkovým šetřením. |

| Abstract: | The theme of this thesis is occupatinal safety and health (OSH). The thesis consist of six chapter and is divided into two parts, analytic and practic. The analytic part contains definition of term OSH, historical development of legislation, discretions and duties of touched persons, risk management, supervision of keeping to the terms and regest to OSH in building industry. The practical part is concerned with OSH in concrete building society, the analysis is appended with questionnaire. |
