| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá konfliktem států Visegrádské skupiny s Evropskou unií, který vznikl v důsledku rozdílných názorů na řešení migrační krize v roce 2015. Cílem práce je zhodnotit na příkladu tohoto konfliktu, zda je současná podoba migrační a azylové politiky Evropské unie efektivní a vhodná pro řešení krizových situací. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První se věnuje dosavadnímu vývoji migrační a azylové politiky Evropské unie. Druhá část je zaměřena na migrační krizi v roce 2015 a její řešení ze strany Evropské unie i Visegrádské čtyřky. Poslední část práce analyzuje politickou situaci v zemích Visegrádu a její dopady na vznik sporu s Evropskou unií a jeho možné řešení. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the conflict between the Visegrad group and the European Union, which resulted from different views on the solution of the migrant crisis in 2015. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate, on the example of this conflict, whether the current form of the migration and asylum policy of the European Union is effective and suitable for emergency situations. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the evolution of migration and asylum policy of the European Union. The second part focuses on the migrant crisis and the steps that the European Union and the Visegrad Four took to manage this crisis. The last part analyses the political situation in the Visegrad Group member states and its impact on the development of the conflict with the European Union and its possible solution. |
