| Abstract: | Podnikatelské prostředí je důležitý faktor pro rozvoj podnikání i pro růst konkurenceschopnosti. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza makroekonomické konkurenceschopnosti a podnikatelského prostředí v České republice i Rakousku, a na základě zjištěných informací provedení vzájemné komparace a ukázání slabin a bariér, které by v případě odstranění zvýšily makroekonomickou i mikroekonomickou konkurenceschopnost a zpříjemnily podnikatelské prostředí v obou zemích. Součástí praktické části diplomové práce jsou příklady dvou firem, které vystupují v daných zemích jako zahraniční právnické osoby |

| Abstract: | The business environment is an important factor for business development as well as for growth in competitiveness. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the competitiveness and business environment in the Czech Republic and Austria and on the basis of the results to compare them and show the weaknesses and barriers. The practical part of the diploma thesis includes examples of two companies, which act in foreign countries as foreign legal entities. |
