| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá problematikou korupce z pohledu mezinárodních úmluv proti korupci a otázkou, jak jsou tyto úmluvy v praxi naplňovány. Tato práce se snaží odpovědět na dvě klíčové otázky: „Jaké konkrétní oblasti mezinárodní úmluvy boje proti korupci obsahují?“ a „Do jaké míry ČR naplňuje své závazky vyplývající z mezinárodních úmluv a doporučení?“ Analýza naplňování závazků je provedena na příkladu České republiky, přičemž jsou prezentovány dílčí závazky vyplývající z úmluv a adekvátní opatření a instituty v českém právním řádu. Na základě této analýzy autor hodnotí, zda a nakolik Česká republika své mezinárodní závazky v boji proti korupci naplňuje. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with corruption as seen by the international conventions on combating corruption and how these conventions are being fulfilled in practice. It seeks to answer two key questions: "What specific areas do the international conventions on the fight against corruption cover?" and "To what extent does Czech Republic fulfill its commitments arising from international conventions and recommendations?". The thesis analyses the implementation of commitments in the case of Czech Republic and focuses on the measures that arise from the conventions and relevant tools and institutes anchored in the czech legal system. On the basis of this analysis, the author evaluates whether and to what extent Czech Republic manages to fulfill its international commitments to combat corruption. |
