| Abstract: | Diplomová práce rozebírá problematiku Work Life Balance a definuje jednotlivé možnosti, které podporují úspěšné sladění osobního a pracovního života s možnou návazností na zvýšení loajality vůči zaměstnavateli. Pozornost je zaměřena na dostupné nástroje pro zajištění vyváženosti časových horizontů věnovaných zejména rodině a práci. Cílem práce je porovnání teoretických znalostí a získaných údajů od zaměstnanců vybraného útvaru konkrétní společnosti a pohledu zaměstnavatele. Dle následného zhodnocení problematiky Work Life Balance budou navrženy možnosti podpory daného konceptu ve vybrané společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The Master’s Thesis analyses the issue of Work Life Balance and defines the individual possibilities that support the successful reconciliation of personal and working life with the possible consequence of increasing loyalty to the employer. Attention is focused on the tools available to ensure the balance of time horizons dedicated to family and work. The aim of the thesis is to compare the theoretical knowledge and the obtained data from the employees of the selected department of the particular company and the employer’s point of view. Based on the subsequent assessment of Work Life Balance issues, the possibilities of supporting a given concept in the selected company will be suggested. |
