| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je vymezení silných a slabých stránek makroekonomickéhovývoje Francie v letech 2000-2017. Cíl je naplněn sledováním indikátorů vnější a vnitřnírovnováhy v předkrizovém období, během krize a také v období po ní. Zvláštní pozornost jevěnována reakci fiskální a monetární politiky na nastalou krizia porovnání s krizemiminulého století. V první části jsou vysvětleny teoretické souvislosti a nastíněny historickéaspekty. V praktické části dochází k analýze ekonomických indikátorů a porovnánís průměrem států EU či OECD. Hlavním výstupem práce je SWOT analýza, pomocí kteréjsou vymezeny silné a slabé stránky Francie, její možné příležitosti a hrozby. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of the diploma thesis is to examine strengths and weaknesses of themacroeconomic development of France between 2000 and 2017. The research approach is the analysis of economic indicators of internal and external balance of the country followed by a comparison with the average of EU and OECD member countries. The thesis focuses on the effect of the monetary and fiscal policies applied pre-crisis, during the crisis and post crisis. I also compare the Great Recession with the crisis of the past century. The first part explains the theoretical and historical background. In the practical part I analyze the economic indicators and perform SWOT analysis determining the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the French economy. |
