| Abstract: | Předmětem diplomové práce „Návrh motivačního programu pro zaměstnance vybrané společnosti“ je zjistit aktuální pracovní spokojenost zaměstnanců vybrané společnosti a navrhnout motivační program společně s konkrétním doporučením pro danou organizaci.Současná pracovní spokojenost je zjišťována na základě dotazníkového šetření a osobního rozhovoru s jednatelem společnosti. Cílem práce je tedy navrhnout takový motivační program, který by byl možný ve společnosti použít a který by napomohl ke zvýšení pracovní spokojenosti a motivaci pracovníků k vyšším pracovním výkonům. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na pojem motivace, na vybrané teoriemotivace a na faktory pracovní spokojenosti. Praktická část popisuje vybranou společnost, rozhovor s jednatelem společnosti a analyzuje dotazníkové šetření. Závěrem je vyhodnocení výzkumu a navržení doporučení pro společnost VICHR spol. s r.o. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this thesis "Suggestion of motivation program for employees of selected company" is to out the current job satisfaction of employees of the selected company and to suggest a motivation program and recommendations for the given organization. Current job satisfaction and motivation is based on a questionnaire survey and a personal interview with the company's executive. The aim of this thesis is to suggest a motivation program that could be used in the company and would help to increase the work satisfaction and motivate the employees to higher work performance. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the concept of motivation, selected motivation theories and work satisfaction factors. The practical part describes the selected company, the interview with the company executive and analyzes the questionnaire survey. Finally, there is evaluation of the research and the suggestion for the organization VICHR spol. s r.o. |
