| Abstract: | Předložena diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou trhu studentského bydlení ve vnitřním městě Prahy. Cílem práce je především zjistit a zanalyzovat požadavky zahraničních studentů ze států SNS a studentů z ČR/SR vůči bydlení v Praze a predikovat budoucí trendy na daném trhu. Prostřednictvím elektronického dotazníkového šetření, kterého se zúčastnilo 190 respondentů, a podrobného vyhodnocení jeho výsledků byla následně zmapovaná současná situace na trhu bydlení. Hlavní získané poznatky byly shrnuty a představeny v praktické části práce; a to s důrazem na hlavní rozdíly v požadavcích studentů, způsobených identifikačními parametry věk, ročník studia, měsíční příjem a původ respondentů. Přínosem dané diplomové práce je možná aplikace výsledků výzkumu pro realitní kanceláře a jednotlivé pronajímatele při komunikaci a přístupu ke svým klientům (k snadnějšímu porozumění požadavků a potřeb studentů na trhu bydlení). |

| Abstract: | This Master’s Thesis deals with the analysis of the student housing market in the inner city of Prague. The primary aim of this thesis was to discover and analyze the requirements of students from the Commonwealth of Independent States and CR/SR for the housing market and to predict its future trends. Based on the electronic questionnaire and in-depth evaluation of the results, consisted of 190 respondents’ answers, was subsequently mapped the current situation on the market. The key findings was summed up and introduced in the empirical part with an emphasis on the main differences between the requirements of students from both groups, caused by the identity parameters as: age, the year of study, monthly income and the country of origin. The main contribution of this Master’s thesis is the possible application of the results of the quantitative research by the real estate agencies and individual lessors in the communication and the attitude with their clients and lessees (for the better understanding of the students‘ requirements and needs on the housing market). |
