| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je analýza využívání EU fondů ve zvoleném zdravotnickém zařízení. V práci je věnována pozornost zevrubné analýze proběhlých projektů v nemocničním zařízení. Jedná se celkem o čtyři projekty zaměřené na nákup a obnovu zdravotnického vybavení, přičemž jeden z nich je teprve v realizaci. V analýze jsou zahrnuty charakteristiky projektů, finanční kalkulace a hodnocení úspěšnosti realizace, které bylo konzultováno s odpovědnými zaměstnanci zařízení. Komparace těchto projektů umožňuje rovněž srovnání dvou programových období a různých operačních programů, které byly zprostředkovateli projektů. V návaznosti na aktivity zdravotnického zařízení v oblasti fondů EU byl v rámci práce vypracován vlastní projektový návrh, který by mohlo zařízení prakticky využít a zlepšit tak nejen kvalitu poskytovaných služeb, ale také díky němu získat pozitivnější hodnocení z řad veřejnosti. Na popsaném příkladu konkrétního zdravotnického zařízení se práce zároveň snaží dosvědčit, jak významnou úlohu evropské fondy ve zdravotnictví hrají. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the Master´s Thesis is to analyse the use of EU funds in selected healthcare facility. Attention is paid to a thorough analysis of the projects carried out in the hospital. The hospital has initiated four projects focusing on the purchase and modernization of healthcare appliances, one of which is currently being implemented. The analysis includes project characteristics, financial calculations and appraisal of success of the implementation that have been consulted with the responsible employees of the facility. The comparison of these projects makes it possible to compare the two programming periods and the different operational programs in which the projects were implemented. In connection with the activities of the healthcare facility in the field of EU funds, the own project proposal was developed, which can be practically use by the facility to improve not only the quality of the services provided but also to get a more positive assessment from the public. In the described example of a particular healthcare facility, the work tries to explain how important a role of European funds in healthcare is. |
