| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní pojmy v problematice zdravotně postižených osob, popisuje státní instituce, nadace, konkrétní denní stacionáře. Rozebírá též současné pracovní podmínky a uplatnění osob se zdravotním postižením. Praktická část je postavena na konkrétním centru pro mentálně handicapované. Stěžejní část tvoří rozhovory s paní ředitelkou a s rodiči či opatrovníky handicapovaných. Na závěr práce je vyhodnocení, jestli pomoc státu a sponzorů je dostatečná a jsou navržena případná zlepšení v této oblasti. |

| Abstract: | This Master´s thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts in the issue of handicapped people and describes state institutions, foundations, specific day care centers. It also analyzes current working conditions and the participation of people with disabilities. The practical section of this thesis is based on a specific center for mentally handicapped. The core section consists of interviews with the headmaster and with parents or guardians of handicapped people. In conclusion, this evaluation is based on whether state and sponsor assistance is sufficient and also in this area if any potential recommendations can be provided. |
