| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem rozvoje a vzdělávání zaměstnanců se zaměřením na interní vzdělávání. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda vybraná společnost pečuje o vzdělávání zaměstnanců, jestli sleduje náklady vynaložené na vzdělávání a hodnotí jeho přínosy v organizaci. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a přiblížena problematika rozvoje a vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Jsou zde podrobně charakterizovány metody vzdělávání, jaké mohou být používané při realizaci interních kurzů. V praktické části je popsána vybraná společnost a její systém rozvoje a vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Na základě analýzy tohoto systému formou případové studie byly zjištěny nedostatky a podány návrhy a doporučení, jak zlepšit systém interního vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve společnosti, aby byl efektivnější a zájem zaměstnanců o tyto kurzy rostoucí. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the learning and development of employees with focus on internal education. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether the chosen company cares about employees learning, whether it monitors the costs of education and evaluates its benefits in organization. In the theoretical part are explained the basic concepts and the learning and development of employees is approached. There are closely characterized the methods that can be used in the realization of internal courses. In the practical part is described the chosen company and its system of employees learning and development. Based on the case study and analysis of this system were identified some problems and were recommended suggestions, how to improve the system of internal education of employees in company, to be more efficient and the employees more interested about these courses. |
