| Abstract: | Předmětem této práce je návrh development centra pro všechny zaměstnance Krajského úřadu Moravskoslezského kraje, bez větší podpory externí agentury. Na základě získaných informací prostřednictvím osobního rozhovoru a studiem interních dokumentů byl vytvořen návod, jak může být development centrum v budoucnosti realizováno. V práci jsou navrženy konkrétní modelové situace, opírající se o aktuálně používaný kompetenční model Krajského úřadu, časové a organizační zajištění development centra, způsob hodnocení projeveného chování a jeho záznam. Práce také upozorňuje na možné kritické faktory, které mohou při realizaci development centra nastat a jak se jim dá předejít. Tento návod pomůže Krajskému úřadu snížit náklady za externí služby při přípravné fázi vlastního development centra. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this thesis is a proposal of a development centre designated for all employees of the Regional Authority of the Moravian-Silesian Region, without any major support of an external agency. An instruction manual, which is based on internal documents and personal interviews, has been drawn up for implementing such a centre in the future. The thesis proposes specific model situations, based on the currently used competency model of the Regional Authority, the time and organization of the development centre, the way of evaluating behaviours and its recording. The thesis also points out any obstacles that might occur during implementing the development center and how to prevent them. This manual will help the Regional Authority to reduce expenses for external services while developing its own centre. |
