| Abstract: | Zaměřil jsem se na návrh a zprovoznění databáze v prostředí MS Access pro konkrétní užití na katedře strategie pro správu zahraničních studentů vysoké školy. Dále v prostředí MS Access vytvoření uživatelsky přívětivých ovládacích prvků a částečnou aromatizaci procesů.Při řešení je použito best practise analýzy požadavků na jejímž základě je principem tří architektur vytvořen model implementovaný do prostředí MS Access. K rozšíření funkcionality a automatizace procesů v prostředí databáze je využito maker a programovacího jazyka Visual Basic for Applications.Vytvořené řešení zajišťuje jednotné uložiště dat z více zdrojů, definuje postupy a výrazně snižuje podíl manuální práce uživatelů.Na základě nabytých znalostí z této práce je možné navrhnout a zprovoznit databázi s prvky automatizace a rozšířenými funkcemi. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is focused on design and built of the database in MS Access environment. The database was built for the Department of Strategy for the administration of international students of the university. Furthermore, there were built in the database user-friendly elements and partial automation of processes. The best practice for analyzing the requirements was used for designing the solution. Three levels of data modeling were used for creating the model, which was implemented in the MS Access environment.The created solution provides users with one collection point for data from multiple sources. It defines procedures and significantly decreases the manual part of the work for the users.The thesis maps the whole process of database delivery, from customer requirements to final handover. |
