| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou míry korupce a jejího vlivu na ekonomickou výkonnost státu. V teoretické části práce je vymezen samotný pojem korupce, její příčiny a důsledky. V praktické části se práce zaměřuje na analýzu korupce ve vybraných zemích za použití regresní a korelační analýzy. Cílem práce je zjistit vztah mezi ekonomickými ukazateli a mírou korupce a potvrdit hypotézu o negativní závislosti míry korupce na ekonomickou výkonnost země. |

| Abstract: | This Master’s thesis is focused on the issue of the level of corruption and its influence on the economic performance of the state. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concept of corruption, its causes and consequences. In the practical part, the thesis focuses on the analysis of corruption in selected countries using regression and correlation analysis. The aim of the thesis is to find out the relationship between economic indicators and the level of corruption and to confirm the hypothesis about the negative dependence of the level of corruption on the economic performance of the country. |
