| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je analýza self-managementu u pedagogických pracovníků. Praktická část je sestavena a aplikována v souladu s teoretickými podklady problematiky. Na základě stanovených hypotéz, dotazníkového šetření, regresní analýzy a využití dat z vlastního, dříve provedeného výzkumu psychické zátěže pedagogů na Anglo-německé obchodní akademii, a.s., byla nalezena spojitost mezi jednotlivými složkami self-managementu a závislost mezi self-managementem a stress-managementem. Jednotlivé vztahy byly potvrzeny v individuálním pojetí self-managementu i v souvislosti s pedagogickými pracovníky. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse self-management of pedagogues. Practical part is compiled and applied in accordance with theoretical foundation of the issue. Based on the set hypotheses, survey, regression analysis and the previously performed research of psychological stress of pedagogues from English-German Business Academy, a.s., relation between individual components of self-management and correlation between self-management and stress-management was found. The specific relations were also confirmed by an individual conception of self-management related to the pedagogues. |
