| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce navrhuje koncept hodnocení dodavatelů společnosti Alliance Healthcare, s.r.o. V první části práce jsou shrnuty základní teoretické přístupy k hodnocení dodavatelů materiálu a zboží. Na základě těchto přístupů je v druhé části práce navržena komplexní metodika hodnocení dodavatelů přizpůsobená požadavkům farmaceutické distribuční společnosti Alliance Healthcare, s.r.o. Navržená metoda je vystavěna na přístupu váženého bodového hodnocení. Práce popisuje, která kritéria byla pro hodnocení dodavatelů zmíněné společnosti zvolena, důvod této volby a způsoby, jakými byly analyzovány získané údaje o dodavatelích. Závěr práce předkládá výsledky hodnocení z nově navržené metodiky, výčet jejích nedostatků a návrhů řešení. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis proposes the concept of supplier evaluation of Alliance Healthcare, Ltd. The first part of the thesis summarizes basic theoretical approaches to the evaluation of material and goods suppliers. Based on these approaches, the second part of the thesis proposes a comprehensive methodology of supplier evaluation adapted to the requirements of pharmaceutical distribution company Alliance Healthcare, Ltd. The proposed method consists of a weighted point rating approach. The paper describes which criteria were chosen for the evaluation of suppliers of the company, the reason for this choice and the ways in which the obtained data on suppliers was analysed. The conclusion of the paper presents the results of the evaluation by the newly proposed methodology, the list of its shortcomings and the solutions proposed. |
