Abstract:
Diplomová práca sa venuje problematike spokojnosti zamestnancov. Cieľom diplomovej práce je zistiť úroveň spokojnosti zamestnancov spoločnosti XYZ vo vybraných oblastiach a následne stanoviť praktické odporúčania. Teoretická časť práce definuje pojem pracovná spokojnosť a bližšie popisuje jednotlivé faktory, ktoré ju ovplyvňujú a to konkrétne obsah práce, vzťah so spolupracovníkmi, vzťah s nadriadeným, finančné ohodnotenie, benefity, vzdelávanie a rozvoj a pracovné podmienky. Praktická časť práce je venovaná analýze dát, ktoré boli získané využitím individuálnych hĺbkových rozhovorov a hodnotiacich škál. Záver praktickej časti je venovaný stanoveniu praktických odporúčaní.

Abstract:
The master thesis is focused on the topic of job satisfaction. The main aim of this master thesis is to determine the level of job satisfaction of employees of XYZ company and to set the recommendations that can be used to improve the current situation. The master thesis is divided into three parts – theoretical, methodological and practical one. The theoretical part defines the term job satisfaction itself and seven factors that have a direct impact on job satisfaction. The factors are following – the content of the work, relationships with co- workers, relationship with the manager, financial rewarding, benefits, education and working conditions. The methodological part defines the main aim of this master thesis, the process of data collection and description of the research. Qualitative and quantitative research was used in this master thesis. The practical part is focused on the analysis of collected data. The end of the practical part concludes the recommendations that were set.
