| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovení tržní hodnoty společnosti SC Metal, s.r.o. ke dni 31. 12. 2017 pro účely případného prodeje 100% podílu. Práce je rozčleněna do několika tematických celků v souladu s ustálenou praxí oceňování v České republice. V rámci teoretické části diplomové práce je stručně vymezen teoretický rámec oceňování. Druhá část diplomové práce je tzv. praktickou částí. V dané části práce je představena oceňovaná společnost a je provedena její finanční a strategická analýza. Výsledkem těchto analýz je zhodnocení celkové perspektivy společnosti do budoucna. Ty jsou následně přeneseny do prognózy generátorů hodnoty a komplexního finančního plánu. Pro ocenění společnosti SC Metal, s.r.o. je použita výnosová metoda DCF entity, kterou doplňuje metoda tržního porovnání, a to jako podpůrná pro ověření relace výsledků. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine the market value of SC Metal, s.r.o. as of 31 December 2017 for the purpose of selling 100% of SC Metal, s.r.o.’s shares. The thesis is divided into several thematic units in accordance with the established valuation practice in the Czech Republic. Within the methodological part of the diploma thesis there is briefly defined the theoretical framework of valuation. The second part od the diploma thesis is so-called practical part. In this part of the diploma thesis is introduced the company SC Metal, s.r.o. and then its financial and strategic analysis is made. The result of these analyzes is the assessment of the overall perspectives of the company business in the future. This overall perspectives are transferred to the forecast of value generators and a comprehensive financial plan. For the valuation of the company SC Metal, s.r.o. is used one the yield method called DCF entity, which is supplemented by a market comparasion method as a support for verifying the results. |
