| Abstract: | Vytvoření podnikatelského plánu na výrobu obuvi byla věnována tato diplomová práce. Práce má dvě části. První část se zabývá aspekty podnikatelského plánu, jaký má plán strukturu a co by v něm nemělo být opomíjeno. Důležitý aspekt představovaly především strategická analýza, marketingová strategie a finanční plán. Druhá část práce se věnuje již konkrétnímu podnikatelskému plánu na výrobu bot, ve kterém jsou uvedeny informace o podnikatelském záměru. Je zde zobrazen vývoj na americkém trhu a také konkrétněji rozepsaná marketingová a obchodní strategie. Závěr této části tvoří finanční plán, díky kterému mohl být záměr posouzen a vyhodnocena realizovatelnost podnikatelského záměru. |

| Abstract: | The creation of a business plan for the production of shoes has been devoted to this diploma thesis. The work has two parts. The first part deals with the aspects of the business plan, the structure of the plan and what should not be neglected in it. An important aspect was mainly strategic analysis, marketing strategy and financial plan. The second part of the thesis deals with a specific business plan for the production of shoes, which contains information about the business plan. It shows the development of the American market and more specifically the marketing and business strategy. The conclusion of this part is a financial plan that allowed the plan to assess and evaluate the feasibility of the business plan. |
