| Abstract: | Diplomová práce řeší problematiku nového právní úpravy Evropského parlamentu a Rady ohledně ochrany osobních dat a jejich zpracování. Práce se zaměřuje na dopad implementace nového nařízení na kulturní instituce, konkrétně ekonomické dopady implementace. Začátek práce je věnován vývoji právní úpravy ochrany osobních údajů a rozboru důležitých částí nového nařízení. Navazuje analýza jednotlivých oblastí dopadu implementace. Teoretický základ je aplikován na analýzu dopadů nového nařízení u vybraných kulturních institucí z prostředí kin. Závěr práce hodnotí dopady nařízení a zdůrazňuje důležité aspekty implementace. |

| Abstract: | Diploma thesis deals with the problematice of new legal treatment by European parliement and Council about personal data protection and its processing. The thesis aims on impacts of implementation of the new regulation on cultural institutions, specifically the economic impacts of the implementation. The beginning of thesis is dedicated to evolution of legal treatment of personal data protection and analysis of important parts of the new regulation. Analysis of particular areas of impact of the implementation follows. Theoretical base is applied on analysis of the impacts of new regulation on selected cultural institutions from cinema industry. Conclusion evaluates the impacts and highlights important aspects of the implementation. |
