Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav,navrhnout možnosti rozvoje a zhodnotit, zda je možné dosáhnout fungujícího, trvale finančněudržitelného podnikání. Přínosem práce jsou podklady pro další strategický rozvoj podnikání anávrh metody použitelné k hodnocení a rozvoji podnikatelských modelů pomocí kombinacemetody Business Model Canvas a SWOT analýzy. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this master’s thesis is the exploration of the possibilities of small businessdevelopment and its transformation into a sustainable business using the example of the brandKefin. The aim of the thesis is to analyse its current situation, to propose suggestions fordevelopment and to evaluate, whether it is possible to achieve a functioning, permanentlyfinancially sustainable business. The contribution of the thesis is the creation of materials forfurther strategic business development and the design of a method of evaluation anddevelopment of business models based on the combination of Business Model Canvas andSWOT analysis. |
