| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá objevováním a vyhodnocováním podnikatelských příležitostí ve městě Vrchlabí. Cílem práce je navrhnout postup objevování příležitostí a ten aplikovat ve společnosti ALFAMA CZ s .r .o . Společnost chce využít vlastní volné prostory v obchodním domě k nové podnikatelské činnosti. Cílem je objevit podnikatelský záměr, který je pro společnost atraktivní a rentabilní. Pro dosažení cíle je využita analýza podnikatelských příležitostí, která se skládá ze čtyř dílčích analýz. Každá cílí na sběr trochu odlišných informací, které dohromady umožňují vytvořit komplexní pohled na trh. Navržený postup analýzy a vyhodnocování podnikatelských záměrů může být vzorem či doporučením pro začínající podnikatele vyhledávající nové příležitosti. |

| Abstract: | The Master’s Thesis deals with the identification and evaluation of entrepreneurial opportunities in Vrchlabí. The aim of the thesis is to propose a procedure for discovering opportunities and apply it in the company ALFAMA CZ s .r .o . The company wants to use its own free space in the department store for new business activities. The goal is to discover a business project that is attractive to the company and is profitable. To achieve the goal is used business opportunity analysis, which consists of four partial analyzes. Each one focuses on collecting a variety of information that together allows create a comprehensive view of the market. The proposed process of analyzing and evaluating business projects can be a model or recommendation for new entrepreneurs looking for opportunities. |
