| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce analyzuje význam kreavity pro rozvojovou ekonomiku Běloruska. Nabízí pohled na problematiku na celostátní, městské a podnikové úrovni. V posledních letech prochází hlavní město Běloruska Minsk urbanistickými změnami. Prudký rozvoj IT korporací a startupů, dynamický vznik a zánik kreativních iniciativ a začátek realizace ambiciózních investičních projektů v oblasti kultury svědčí o nových procesech, které zatím nejsou pojaty ve své komlexnosti. Výsledkem diplomové práce je srovnávácí analýza kreativních center Minska a základní analýza strategie nově vzniklého kreativního centra. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis analyses the importance of creativity for the development economy of Belarus. It offers a view of issues at the national, urban and corporate level. In recent years, Minsk, capital city of Belarus, has undergone urban changes. The rapid development of IT corporations and start-ups, the dynamic establishment and downfall of creative initiatives and the start of ambitious investment projects in the field of culture have proved new processes that are not yet conceived in their complexity. The aim of the diploma thesis is to identify creative centres in Minsk, to analyse their functioning, management and to provide basic strategic analysis of the new established creative centre. |
