| Abstract: | Cílem práce je zjistit, zda může společenská odpovědnost společnosti působit jako faktor atraktivity zaměstnavatele. Pro svoji práci jsem zvolila cílovou skupinu studentů a absolventů vysokých škol, protože se právě tato skupina často objevuje jako cílová skupina náborových kampaní různých společností. Cílem je tedy analyzovat jejich vnímání společenské odpovědnosti jako atraktivity zaměstnavatele, jak z obecného hlediska, tak z hlediska konkrétních pilířů společenské odpovědnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to determine whether the social responsibility of the company can act as a factor of attractiveness of the employer. For my work, I chose a target group of students and graduates because this group is often the target group of group recruiting campaigns. The aim is therefore to analyze their perception of social responsibility as the attractiveness of the employer both in general terms and in terms of specific pillars of social responsibility. |
