| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na monitoring a hodnocení nefinančního reportingu mobilních operátorů v České republice v souvislosti s podmínkami definovanými v rámci Zákona č. 462/2016 Sb. o uvádění nefinančních informací. Cílem práce je sledovat a zhodnotit způsob, jakým operátoři k nové povinnosti o uvádění nefinančních informací přistupují. Z hlediska hodnocení je hlavním kritériem dodržování povinností daných zákonem ohledně obsahu nefinančních zpráv, které by měly zahrnovat otázky environmentální, sociální, zaměstnanecké, respektování lidských práv a boji proti korupci a úplatkářství. Práce také poskytuje hodnocení a srovnání jednotlivých operátorů z hlediska uplatňování CSR principů v rámci organizace. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is focus on monitoring and rating of non-financial reporting of mobile operators in Czech Republic in terms of meet the requirements define by law 462/2016 Sb. about realeasing of non financial information. It aims on description of way how mobile operators deals with this new law. The rating of non financial reporting is associated with meeting of all requirements which define the content of the reports. The non-financial report have to include questions of environmental, social, employee, respect of human rights and anti-bribery. The diploma thesis also provide rating and comparison of operators about using pricniples of CSR in particular organization. |
