| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na strategický růst rodinne firmy. V teoretické části jsou popsána úskalí a rizika růstu podniku. Stručně je vymezen pojem rodinný podnik a postup pro dosažení růstu podniku, který je následně aplikován v praktické části na konkrétní rodinnou firmu Dr. Popov. Nejdříve je zajištěn organizační problém firmy Dr. Popov který může být vyřešen pomocí variant, které vycházejí z Ansoffovi matice růstu. Varianty, pomocí kterých lze vyřešit problém společnosti jsou vybrány pomocí kritérií a následně dochází k hlubší analýze jednotlivých variant. V závěru diplomové práce je uvedeno posouzení a doporučení nejvhodnějšího řešení |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis focus on strategical growth of family business. The theoretical part describes the pitfalls and risks of the business growth. There is briefly defined the term family business and the process of application the growth on the business. The process is then applied to real case of Dr. Popov company. At first, there will be defined the organizational problem of the company, that may be solved by the strategical options which are derived from Ansoff growth matrix. The options are then judged according to the set of criteria. After having just a few options we can start deep analysis of each option. At the end of the master thesis there is conclusion, where is judgement and recommendation of the most suitable solution |
