| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá kvalitou poskytované zdravotní péče v ČR z pohledu hospitalizovaných pacientů. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda existuje souvislost mezi vní-manou kvalitou a mzdovými náklady, které vynakládají lůžková zařízení. Dalším cílem je zjistit, zda kvalita poskytované zdravotní péče souvisí s osobou zřizovatele lůžkového zařízení a s počtem získaných certifikátů. V práci budou použity údaje z projektu Nemocnice ČR. Získaná data budou podrobena analýze kategoriálních dat metodou 2 testu nezávislosti. Lůžková zařízení budou analyzována jednak kom-plexně podle získaného bodového hodnocení kvality, následně podle jejich zřizovatele a také podle počtu získaných certifikátů. Na základě výše uvedených analýz bude vysloven závěr a zhodnocení, zda se prokázala souvislost mezi kvalitou poskytované zdravotní péče, mzdovými náklady, s počtem získaných certifikátů a s osobou zřizovatele lůžkových zařízení. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the quality of provided health care in the Czech Republic from the perspective of hospitalized patients. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether there is a correlation between the quality of the health care and the wage costs of the hospitals. Another objective is to determine whether the quality of the provided health care is related to the person of the establishment of the hospitals and the number of certificates obtained. The work will use data from the Hospital of the Czech Republic project. The data obtained will be subjected to the categorical data analysis using the chi square test method. Hospitals will be analyzed both in a complex way according to the obtained point quality assessment, subsequently by their founder and by the number of certificates obtained. On the basis of the above analyzes, we will conclude and assess whether the link between the quality of the healthcare provided, the wage costs, the number of certificates obtained and the person of the founder of hospitals facilities has been established. |
