| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ekonomickým pohledem na reemigraci „banátských Čechů“ v 90. letech 20. století. K tomu je využito dotazníkové šetření a následná analýza osmdesáti responzí. Dané šetření je zaměřeno především na přiblížení ekonomických a sociálních faktorů před i po reemigraci a jejich následná komparace. Toto přiblížení napomáhá objasnit důvody zpětné migrace do Čech. Kromě motivů zpětné migrace je analyzováno i rozhodování jedinců během procesu usídlování na území České republiky. Hlavním cílem práce je potvrzení či vyvrácení ekonomických motivů, jakožto primárních faktorů reemigrace. Dílčí cíl je porovnání místa odchodu předků z Čech s místem usídlení reemigrantů nyní. Výsledkem analýzy dotazníkového šetření je, že ekonomický faktor nebyl primárním faktorem k odchodu do Čech, získal shodný počet responzí jako faktor kvalitnějšího zázemí pro děti. Reemigranti se neusídlili v České republice cíleně na místě jejich prapředků v Čechách, rozhodovali se především podle pracovních příležitostí a volných bytových jednotkách v dané lokalitě. Z komparace ekonomických podmínek před emigrací a po emigraci jasně vyplývá znatelné zlepšení životních podmínek banátských Čechů na území České republiky. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the economic view of the re-emigration of "Banat Czechs" in the 1990s. This is done using a questionnaire survey and a subsequent analysis of eighty responses. This survey focuses primarily on the approximation of economic and social factors before and after re-emigration and their subsequent comparison. This approach helps to clarify the reasons for return migration to Bohemia. In addition to motives of return migration, the decision-making of individuals during the process of establishment in the Czech Republic is also analyzed. The main aim of the thesis is to confirm or refuse economic motives as the primary factors of re-emigration. The partial goal is to compare the departure of ancestors from Bohemia to the place of re-emigrant settlements now. The result of the questionnaire survey analysis is that the economic factor was not the primary factor for leaving Czechia because it has obtained the same number of responses as a factor of better quality background for children. The re-emigrants did not settle in the Czech Republic in the same place as their ascendents in the Czech Republic, they were mainly deciding based on job opportunities and free housing units in a given location. From the comparison of the economic conditions before emigration and after emigration, it is clear the appreciable improvement of living conditions of "Banat Czechs" in the territory of the Czech Republic. |
