| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou projektového managementu na příkladu projektu Career DAYS. Tento veletrh pracovních příležitostí je každoročně organizován studentskou organizací AIESEC. Cílem práce je analýza současného řízení projektu, návrh k jeho zlepšení a formulace dopadu projektu na nezaměstnanost. Nejprve se práce věnuje teoretickému vymezení pojmů projektového managementu a nezaměstnanosti. Druhá část práce navrhuje postup, jak se vyhnout současným chybám. Je navržena struktura projektového týmu, registr stakeholderů, SWOT analýza a hierarchická struktura rizik. V závěru práce je provedena analýza nezaměstnanosti vysokoškolských absolventů a dopadu projektu Career DAYS na nezaměstnanost. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the analysis of project management on the example of the Career DAYS project. This job fair is organized annually by the student orgnanization AIESEC. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current project management, to propose its improvement and to formulate the impact of the project on the unemployment. Firstly, the thesis focuses on the theoretical definition of project management and unemployment. The second part of the thesis proposes a way to avoid current mistakes. The project team structure, stakeholder register, SWOT analysis and hierarchical risk structure are proposed. At the end of the thesis, the analysis of unemployment of graduates of universities and the impact of the Career DAYS project on unemployment are carried out. |
