| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu trhu práce ve vybraných krajích a odvětvích v letech 2017–2018. Zkoumá strukturální nezaměstnanost v České republice.Teoretická část se zabývá nezaměstnaností z pohledu vybraných ekonomických škol. Vychází především z neoklasického paradigmatu. Dále je nastíněn historický ekonomický vývoj v ČR, který opodstatňuje současnou situaci na trhu práce.Praktická část práce je věnována analýze strukturální nezaměstnanosti a hledání dominantního a nedominantního odvětví a kraje. Současně s tím jsou zde dvě analýzy, které zkoumají naplňování potenciální poptávky po zaměstnancích a počet uchazečů o práci na jedno volné pracovní místo. Tyto tři analýzy tak dávají komplexní vypovídající hodnotu o stavu jednotlivých krajů a odvětví z hlediska zaměstnanosti. Poslední kapitola je pak zaměřena na hodnocení extrémů jednotlivých analýz. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is concerned with an analysis of labour market in selected regions and sectors during the years 2017 - 2018. The thesis examines structural unemployment in the Czech Republic. Theoretical part deals with unemployment in terms of different economic doctrines. It is mainly based on the neoclassical paradigm. Furthermore, the history of economic development of the Czech Republic is outlined to explain the current situation on the labour market. Practical part is devoted to an analysis of structural unemployment and a search for dominant and non-dominant regions and sectors. Two consecutive analyses are concurrently presented, which investigate meeting of potential demand for employees and the number of jobseekers per vacancy. Thus, these three analyses provide for a full and relevant picture of the state of individual regions and sectors in terms of employment. The last chapter elaborates the extremes of particular analysis. |
