| Abstract: | Transformace ekonomiky v 90. letech 20. století byla jedinečným a neopakovatelným procesem. Privatizace státem vlastněného majetku do rukou soukromých majitelů představovala klíčovou součástí přechodu na tržně konformní systém. Metody privatizace a jejich provedení jsou i v dnešní době předmětem mnoha diskuzí. Cílem této práce je zhodnocení privatizačního procesu z pohledu jeho nákladů a výnosů a posouzení efektivnosti využití těchto výnosů. Hlavní metodou práce je analýza, které jsou podrobeny jak jednotlivé metody privatizace, tak i celkový výsledek procesu. Práce přináší také komparaci českého privatizačního procesu s dalšími dvěma tranzitivními ekonomikami – Maďarsku a Polsku. Výsledkem práce je potvrzení hypotézy: „Celkové výnosy privatizačního procesu převyšují jeho celkové náklady.“ |

| Abstract: | Economic transition in the 1990s was a unique and unrepeatable process. The privatization of state-owned property into the hands of private owners was a key part of the transition to a market oriented system. Privatization methods and their implementation are still the subject of many discussions nowadays. The aim of this work is to evaluate the privatization process in terms of its costs and revenues and to assess the effectiveness of the use of these revenues. The main method of work is the analysis, which is subjected both to individual methods of privatization and to the overall outcome of the process. The thesis also brings a comparison of the Czech privatization process with two other transition economies - Hungary and Poland. The result of the thesis is a confirmation of the hypothesis: "The total proceeds of the privatization process outweigh its total cost." |
