| Abstract: | Cílem práce je analyzovat a vyhodnotit základní postupy likvidace pojistných událostí průmyslu. Analýza bude provedena na příkladě postupů uplatňovaných v Allianz pojišťovně, a.s. Nejprve jsou charakterizována průmyslová rizika a jejich specifika. Ve druhé kapitole je popsána detailní metodika, postupy a právní předpisy týkající se činnosti likvidátorů, přiblížení obsahu jejich pracovních úkonů, a to od nahlášené škodní události, přes její registraci, likvidaci, výplatu pojistného plnění až po ukončení a archivaci škodního spisu. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na doplnění celkové analýzy dvěma příklady likvidace škod a na závěr práce jsou uvedena doporučení pro zlepšení procesu likvidace. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate the basic processes of claims settlement of the industry insurance. The analysis will be performed on the basis of the procedures applied in Allianz pojišťovna, a.s. In the first charter are characterized insurance of industrial risks and their specifics. The second chapter describes the detailed methodology, procedures and legal regulations concerning the activities of liquidators, approximating the content of their work activities, from the reported damage event, through its registration, liquidation, payment of insurance benefits to the termination and archiving of the claim file. The third chapter is aimed at completing the overall analysis with two examples of liquidation and at the end of the thesis there are recommendations for improvement of the liquidation process. |
