| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma Finanční a nefinanční cíle firmy se zabývá analýzou finančních a nefinančních cílů, jejich provázaností a metod využívaných k jejich dosažení v konkrétní společnosti. První část práce se věnuje rešerši literatury v oblasti strategického řízení a tématice finančních, nefinančních a alternativních cílů. Dále jsou zde také představeny metody pro stanovení a měření cílů. Druhá část je věnována představení společnosti včetně popisu metod používaných pro stanovování a vyhodnocování cílů. Na základě analýzy a vyhodnocení současného stavu za pomoci rešerše literatury a výzkumu je poté navržena optimalizace s využitím metody Balanced Scorecard. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis about Financial and non-financial objectives of a company deals with the analysis of financial and non-financial objectives, how they relate to each other, and with methods used to achieve them in a particular company. The first part of the thesis dives into research on literature in the field of strategic management, and the topic of financial, non-financial and alternative goals. It also includes methods for setting and measuring targets. The second part is devoted to introducing the company and a description of the methods used for setting and evaluating objectives. Based on the analysis and evaluation of the current situation with the help of literature and research, the optimization using the Balanced Scorecard method is then proposed. |
