| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nástupnictvím v rodinných firmách. Rodinné firmy hrají pro české hospodářství významnou roli. Vzhledem k přerušení jejich historie v ČR po více než 40 let, je nástupnictví problémem současnosti. Jeho plánování by měly firmy věnovat velkou pozornost, jinak může dokonce dojít k ukončení jejich činnosti. Cílem teoretické části práce je na základě provedené literární rešerše vytvořit přehled mezinárodních teoretických poznatků o rodinných firmách a nástupnictví. V praktické části jsou provedeny analýzy současných stavů v procesu nástupnictví u dvou rodinných firem, jejichž majitelé plánují předat firmu svým potomkům. Na základě komparace výsledků analýzy, provedené pomocí Q metody, s teoretickými poznatky jsou navržena doporučení ke změnám, která mají přispět k úspěšnějšímu zvládnutí náročného procesu nástupnictví. Nástupnictví je totiž velmi významným tématem, neboť většina rodinných firem s ním zatím nemá žádné zkušenosti. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with succession in family businesses. Family businesses play an important role in the Czech economy. Given interruption of their history in the CR for more than 40 years, succession is a problem of the present. Businesses would pay close attention to its planning, otherwise it can even come to the cessation of their activity. The aim of the theoretical part of the thesis is on the basis of the literary research carried out to create an overview of international theoretical knowledge about family businesses and succession. In the practical part the analyses of current states in the succession process are carried out in two family businesses, whose owners are planning to hand the business over to their offspring. On the basis of comparison of analysis results, realized by Q method, with theoretical knowledge there are suggested recommendations to changes, which are supposed to contribute to more successful handling of exacting succession process. Succession is a very important theme, because most family businesses have not had experience with it yet. |
