| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem sociálního zabezpečení a základním příjmem jako novým nástrojem sociální politiky. V práci je představena struktura soudobého systému sociálních dávek včetně podmínek pro jejich čerpání a myšlenka základního příjmu. Cílem práce je analyzovat výši výdajů na aktuální systém sociálního zabezpečení, která následně poslouží pro navržení modelů základního příjmu včetně provedení propočtů jejich finanční náročnosti. Pro vytvořené modely je také navrhnuta modifikace potřebného navýšení příjmů, která by byla nasnadě. Výstupem práce je zhodnocení, zda by se v případě České republiky vyplatilo realizovat změnu sociálního systému v rámci zavedení základního příjmu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the topic of social security and basic income as a new instrument of social policy. The thesis presents the structure of the current system of social benefits, including the conditions for their drawing and the idea of basic income. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the amount of expenditures on the current social security system, which subsequently serves to design basic income models, including calculations of their financial demands. Modifications to the revenue growth required are also proposed for the models. The output of the thesis is an evaluation of whether the change of the social system in the context of introducing basic income would be paid in the case of the Czech Republic. |
