| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá snižováním chyb ve vykazování vyžádané zdravotní péče klinické laboratoře. Teoretická část se zabývá Národní strategií elektronizace zdravotnictví ČR a jejím přínosem pro zvýšení efektivity ve zdravotnictví. Popisuje, jak lze pomocí elektronizace zdravotnictví dosáhnout žádoucí eliminace duplicitních vyšetření poskytovatelů zdravotních služeb. Obsahem praktické části je rozbor duplicitních vyšetření klinické laboratoře v meziročním srovnání před a po zavedení nápravného opatření pro snížení chyb. Pomocí poměrových ukazatelů a ekonomického nástroje byly analyzovány výsledky šetření a míra úspěšnosti nápravného opatření včetně doporučení, jakým směrem se zaměřit pro dosažení co nejlepších výsledků do příštích období. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the reduction of errors in reporting of the demanded health care in a clinical laboratory. The theoretical part deals with the national strategy of the Electronization healthcare in the Czech Republic and its contribution to an increase in efficiency in health care. It describes how to use electronization healthcare to reduce the number of duplicate examinations of health service providers. The content of the practical part is an analysis of laboratory duplicate examinations in an annual comparison before and after the introduction of the error-reduction corrective action. By using ratios and the economic tool, the results and rate of success of the corrective action were analyzed. Recommendations and suggestions for further research were given at the end. |
