| Abstract: | Tato práce je sloučením konstatování současné situace na českém trhu práce, možných popisů řešení problematiky obsazování pracovních pozic a vlastních doporučení jednání z pohledu organizací s nedostatkem kvalitních pracovníků. Součástí textu je vysvětlení stěžejních pojmů s moderním recruitmentem souvisejících a jejich následné začlenění do praktické části. Popsaný přístup společně s výstupem dotazníkového šetření může sloužit jako vodítko pro HR a recruitment managery, kteří kompletně restrukturalizují nastavené procesy, či jen chtějí doplnit aktivity v organizaci o aspekty odvislé od rekordně nízké nezaměstnanosti. |

| Abstract: | This text mergers the description of the contemporary labour market situation, the guidance through problematics of recruitment with its possible solutions and recommended behavior for organizations with lack of employees.There are the main topic related items explained and followed by implementation into the practical part is. The described approach in combination with the results of the questionnaire survey leads can support HR and recruitment managers, who are in charge of new processes implementation or want to support recruitment activities during an extremely low level of unemployment inside the company. |
