| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice začleňování OZP na trhu práce v Českérepublice v roce 2018. Cílem práce je zjistit, co jsou hlavní důvody proč stále tolikzaměstnavatelů osoby se zdravotním postižením nezaměstnává a raději plní svoji zákonnoupovinnost jiným způsobem a také poskytnout jednoduchý přehled všech finančních inefinančních výhod, které mohou firmy čerpat v případe zaměstnání osoby se zdravotnímpostižením. Hlavním poznatkem této práce je, že nejčastějším důvodem, proč oslovené firmynezaměstnávají OZP není obava, že by tyto osoby byly méně výkonné, ale spíše nedostatekinformací a také pohodlnost náborářů. Řešením tedy může být větší osvěta ze strany státu aÚřadu práce a také zjednodušení administrativní činnosti. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the issue of integration of people with disabilities in the labormarket in the Czech Republic in 2018. The aim of the thesis is to find out what are the mainreasons why still so many employers do not hire people with disabilities and prefer to fulfilltheir legal duty in another way and also provide a simple overview of all financial and nonfinancialbenefits that companies can draw on the employment of a person with a disability.The main finding of this thesis is that the most frequent reason why the addressed companiesdo not employ OZP is not that they are afraid that these persons would be less efficient butrather a lack of information as well as the comfort of recruiters. Thus, the solution can begreater awareness from the state and the Labor Office, as well as simplification ofadministrative activities. |
